White Tea is one of China's special precious treasures. In China white tea is only harvested 2 to 3 weeks during the year. On a sunny morning in early spring tea buds and leaves are picked before opening, while they are still covered with silver hair. Traditionally the plucks are laid in shallow baskets to wilt under the sun or in a room with artificial warm air flow for an extended period before they are taken for drying (air drying, solar drying or mechanical drying). In this way it gives a fresh and delicate flavour and most nutrients due to the minimal process it endures.

It is perfect for people who drink tea mostly for health reasons. White tea has one of the highest concentration of beneficial antioxidants, such as catechins and E.G.C.G. that provide you innumerable health benefits.

White tea shares many of the same chemical properties and health effects of tea. But white tea is the least processed tea and has the highest antioxidant and least caffeine levels. Silver needle White tea 2012 (Bai hao yin zhen)


Silver Needle is the most expensive and the highest quality white tea. Our silver needle is originally from Fu Ding, Fujian Province. It is made only from the single tips of the first spring buds of the Da Bai tea bush, which when dried, It's leaves are round and full tips in silver color look like silver needles. The tea smells refreshing, after brewing the tea has a light yellow colour. it tastes very smooth with delicate, sweet flowery and fruity aroma. It is easier on the stomach than a green tea.

White Peony White Tea 2012 (Bai mu dan)


White Peony is the second highest quality of white tea. This is the famous White Tea from Fu Ding, Fujian Province. The farmer produce it with one bud and two immediate young leaves. It tends to have a stronger taste and darker color than Silver Needle. Bai Mu Dan is sometimes preferred by white tea drinkers for its fuller flavor and greater potency than the other major type of white tea.
